For assisted living operators in Mesa County.
The short version
Confirm your opening at least once every 7 days, or we hide it and treat your home as full.
We do that so case managers can trust the list. A stale “open” helps no one.
Why we hide stale listings
Case managers use this board to find a bed this week.
If your last confirm is more than 7 days old, the opening comes off the public list. Your home can stay on the tracked roster as assumed full. We do not delete you. We do not auto-reopen you.
Hidden is not a penalty. It means we will not tell a discharge planner you have a bed we have not heard about this week.
How you will update (when this ships)
There will be no public “I’m open” button for anyone to click.
You will get a private link or text for your home. That is the only way to confirm.
On that link you will say one of two things:
- Still open — and the number of openings you can take
- Full — hide the opening
A confirm is good for 7 days. If you are still open on day 5, we will ping you so you can tap once and stay visible.
You will not need a password or a login. Do not ask families to “check availability” through us. They should call you.
What we will not do
- We will not invent your openings, prices, or license.
- We will not rank homes that pay us.
- We will not feature or bury High Desert.
- We will not take a placement or referral fee.
If your home is High Desert House 1 or House 2 in Clifton, the card will say the owners also run this board. Same 7-day rule. Same phone-first next step.
What case managers see
If you confirmed this week, they see your opening, your phone, and the date you confirmed.
If you did not, they see you as hidden / assumed full. They can still call you. They should not treat a hidden row as an opening.
